It could be the motto of a grassroots soccer team or the purpose of a human resources department, but in this case it is the title of the workshops of teambuilding (“team building”) that have been carried out in Irestal Group, in line with the conviction that internal training is one of the fundamental pillars of the group’s corporate philosophy.
These types of experiential workshops bring personal and social benefits to the people who participate in them. They provide self-esteem, self-confidence and self-assurance; reduce stress levels; provide greater efficiency in problem solving and decision making; or allow one to recognize one’s own emotions. On a social level, they give confidence in the other person and in the team; they predispose to greater collaboration; they “educate” patience; they “teach” to be more flexible in the face of new proposals and to have a positive attitude towards the team and shared challenges; and they increase tolerance.
In addition, these workshops work on teamwork skills, focusing on the communicative attitude, collaboration and competitiveness skills , and help to reflect on the climate and the level of trust of the people who make up the team. They activate group cohesion and creativity and predispose people to create healthier, more collaborative, co-creative and constructive forms of relationships that enable them to develop and put into practice emotional intelligence, the ability to listen and communicate assertively, and train empathy and constructive feedback.
